The DATTA is based off Theo’s now classic Pro-line DURGA mouthpiece, but with an emphasis on a core projecting tone. It has a huge, modern sound and the most advanced mouthpiece manufacturing methods in the world. All at a price now almost everyone can afford. While it has a modern high baffle sound, it is not thin sounding at all like many other high baffle mouthpiece. Instead it is fat, huge, and robust in nature due to its completely innovative and unique window shape, the transition from flat to rounded inner side walls, and its special ‘short’ True Large Chamber.
The DATTA comes with an Enlightened Ligature, an alive-gold pressure plate, blue foam case, and a Reed Replacer cap, and is made out of vintage hard rubber. Theo Wanne mouthpieces allow you to PLAY better, EXPRESS better, and truly SOUND better.
